About Us
CtrlAltReboot is a student-led environmental initiative dedicated to educating young people about the growing global e-waste crisis and its real impact on human health and the natural world.
Our Values
Every decision, every presentation, every drive is run by young people. Adults advise; students lead.
Awareness without a next step is noise. We only count what results in changed behaviour or recovered material.
The e-waste problem is planetary. The solution is classroom by classroom, city by city, student by student.
Every gram we collect is tracked from pickup to certified recycler. No shortcuts, no greenwashing, ever.
Interactive school presentations on e-waste — designed for students, delivered in classrooms across India and the U.S.
School partnerships across India building local networks of informed young advocates and change-makers.
9,730+ students educated since December 2025 across India and the U.S. — on track for 10,000 across the subcontinent.

Our Journey
From a single idea to 9,730+ students educated — here's how CtrlAltReboot grew.
CtrlAltReboot was established with a mission to address the growing e-waste crisis by creating educational materials and planning school-based awareness programs in India.
Launched the first official school partnership in Kurnool, educating 800 students about the dangers of e-waste and responsible recycling.
Expanded rapidly to additional partner schools in Madanapalle, Hindupur, and Kakinada — reaching 4,500 students total.
Expanded to 11 partner schools across 8 cities in Andhra Pradesh, nearly reaching the 10,000-student milestone with active sessions ongoing.
The initiative's next milestone: educate 10,000 students, expanding impact across more schools and communities throughout India.
